Co-Founder & CEO
Pradeep Dahiya leads ScotiTech as CEO and Lead Developer, bringing more than a decade of hands-on experience in app development, AI integration, and digital transformation.
He founded ScotiTech with a vision to create simpler, secure, and sustainable technology that empowers businesses, creators, and communities across markets.
Under his leadership, ScotiTech has delivered products like AppDeploy, Opsly, and AI Caption Studio. Pradeep holds an MSc from the University of Strathclyde and serves as a Digital Trustee with Third Sector Lab in Scotland.
Pradeep also supports charities and non-profits in Scotland in adopting secure digital systems and building confidence in technology.
Co-Founder & Chief Strategy Officer
Daniel Chapman is the Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer at ScotiTech, leading strategy, innovation, and sustainable growth. With a strong foundation in Computing and IT, he aligns the company with its mission of delivering intelligent and accessible digital solutions.
Pursuing his BSc with The Open University, Daniel brings skills in networking, Linux, and digital workflows.
As founder of WalLove, he applies creative thinking to ScotiTech’s products, guiding initiatives like AppDeploy and Opsly with a focus on ethics, clarity, and user centricity, driving long term value globally.
His leadership experience, including roles at Boss Kidz Inc, strengthens his operational insight.
A true story of resilience, technical depth, and the moment AppDeploy’s foundation was built.
It started with a setback. When Apple rejected our app ClarityPath under Guideline 4.3(b) “Design – Spam”, we faced the reality that getting an app approved or even privately distributed has become increasingly difficult.
Instead of quitting, we chose to build solutions that solve this challenge not just for us, but for others facing the same struggle.
That decision led to two major outcomes:
👉 ClarityPath — redesigned, improved, and successfully deployed via Apple Business Manager. 👉 AppDeploy — a secure, ABM-ready app distribution solution built to prevent teams from ever hitting the same roadblock.

• You don’t want to invest heavily into complex enterprise MDM tools,
